Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe with Delicious Chocolate Chips and also Walnuts.

How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You normally have to obtain a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the dough to ages, cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait another century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just not how I roll. But then I stumbled upon those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the biscuits you get around Christmas time. Instead they're a bit more gooey and don't crumble at all.

However, what mostly convinced me was that you could have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is that they call for only 2 ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can combine two components.

Though if you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me should you eat them), but I have to mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the first I finished the rest within an hour.

They're great for hiking excursions or other events where you want a quick pleasant bite on the go. Nowadays I keep these as a fast bite in my back pack.

It also has to be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies

First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I still think these will be the only really healthy cookies that have been made by humanity.

Take oats such as. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which then helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, good for bone creation and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- significant for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller

Same with bananas look at this now -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not only because they have a decent amount of good carbs but also for being the big players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a tough day before you.

Since you can see, I'm a big fan.

two Ingredient Cookies. Just blend bananas and oats and bake them for 15 minutes. Perfect for when you need a power boost on the go. Enjoy!

If you do not have that make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To create the cookie shape just grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photo above. It's super quick and simple.

Recipe Notes

EQUIPMENT: you only need a strong baking dish and a few parchment paper, cool as.
